William Bruce Hicks
Director
Bruce Hicks is Director of Green Building Services Limited. He is also founder and Managing Director of TPIZ Resources Limited, an environmental project development company and Chairman of Asia Clean Capital. Between 1994 and 2006, Bruce was founding partner and Executive Director of Distacom, a privately-held organization which owned, operated and sold a portfolio of mobile telecom businesses across Asia. From 2002 to 2006, Bruce was CEO of Distacom's SUNDAY Communications Limited of Hong Kong. BA (Hons) Electrical Engineering & MBA International Management Institute.

Elia Sterling
Director
Elia Sterling is Director of Green Building Services Limited. Elia has provided indoor environment consulting services to North American construction and real estate industries since 1973. Recognized internationally as a leading expert in IAQ, he chairs the Canadian Advisory Committee to the ISO Technical Committee on Indoor Air Quality. He is also involved in the development of North American Building Codes and Standards and Occupational Regulations related to indoor air quality, ventilation and thermal comfort. Mr. Sterling was a member of the expert review task group for the Workers Compensation Board of British Columbia IAQ Regulation and has been appointed as the expert on IAQ for the National Building Code of Canada.

Mona Ip
Associate Director
Mona Ip is Associate Director of Green Building Services Limited, responsible for developing new business opportunities and project management and coordination. Previously, Mona was Senior Trade Commissioner at the Consulate General of Canada in Guangzhou, overseeing promotion of Canadian business and economic interests in the four South China provinces of Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi and Hainan. She has also worked with the Canadian Embassy in Warsaw, Poland and with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade in Ottawa, Canada. Ringo Lam
Manager
Ringo is Manager of Green Building Services Limited. As a LEED Accredited Professional , Ringo has been actively participated in a number of commercial projects on indoor environmental quality assessment, building energy efficiency improvement and carbon reduction. His consulting experience ranges from working with major hospitality groups, office buildings and educational facilities, to utilities service providers and research institutes. He continues to play a key role on a sustainability mandate for an international luxury hotel group, involving both strategic and technical work.

Anne Copeland
Principal Associate
Anne has 20 years of experience in sustainability assessment, strategies and reporting, stakeholder engagement and training, and environmental and social due diligence work that has ranged from complex resettlement programmes to enhancing sustainability issues in supply chains. She has been active in the sustainability field in Hong Kong and Asia for over 15 years, where she has honed her experience in sustainability assessments, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Adrian Ryan
Project Director
Adrian is Project Director on sustainability projects for Green Building Services Limited and Managing Partner of Cobalt Design Management Ltd (CDML). He has a passion for the delivery of true sustainability results; blending progressive ideas with sustainable practices. He has been responsible for scope development, budget appraisal and control, tender analysis, design review and construction management for a variety of projects including hotels, semi-state bodies, institutional projects, commercial offices and industrial developments.

Mary McWilliam
Project Manager/ Sustainability Specialist
Mary is Project Manager/ Sustainability Specialist on sustainability projects for Green Building Services Limited and Sustainability Manager of Cobal Design Management Ltd (CDML). She has seven years experience in the energy services industry with a particular focus on more sustainable energy and water infrastructure options at both the building and community-scale. She has been providing master-planning services, district energy feasibility studies, integrated water system options and detailed business models for a number of municipalities and developments.
